STARCHIE is happy to offer returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery with the following conditions:
Item(s) is returned in unused condition and in the original packaging
Returns will not be accepted if in our reasonable opinion, the item has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care, etc.
Proof of purchase and photo of the defect(s) emailed to helpcare@starchie.net and we will contact you to schedule for collection.
Return & exchange policy does not apply to mattresses, custom orders (inclusive and not limited to special orders, customised upholstery items), promotional / clearance / sale items, display Items, items damaged through normal wear and tear.
A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the item value excluding delivery charges for all returns & exchanges. (Purchased item price - 20% restocking fee = Refunded amount)
Delivery charges applies for exchange items.
The value of returned item(s) will be credited to you within 14 days of receiving the item, via the same payment method used to make the payment or store credits, whichever you prefer. However, Starchie reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds & exchanges that do not meet the above conditions
How long does it take to process a return?
Paypal and credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.
CANCELLATION
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us within 48 hours from the date of purchase and there will be no additional charges incurred. All cancellation requests must be emailed to info@starchie.net.
All cancellation requests received after 48 hours will be subjected to the following cancellation fees for regular-priced items:Item(s) is returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.
