RETURNS

STARCHIE is happy to offer returns within 7 days for any manufacturing defect or wrong items from the day you receive your delivery with the following conditions:

  • Item(s) is returned in unused condition and in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase and photo of the defect(s) emailed to helpcare@starchie.net
  • Return shipping costs to us are your responsibility
  • No returns on items damaged during delivery
  • The value of returned item(s) will be credited to you via the same credit card used to make the payment or store credits, whichever you prefer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above conditions

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Paypal and credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.

 

EXCHANGES

STARCHIE does not accept exchanges but will happily issue you store credit equivalent to your previous purchase excluding shipping cost with the following conditions:

  • Item(s) is returned in unused condition and in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase and reason emailed to helpcare@starchie.net
  • Return shipping costs to us are your responsibility
  • If the return item is damaged during delivery to us, we will be unable to issue a full store credit but will assess the suitable amount.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to issue store credit that do not meet the above conditions
 

CANCELLATION

Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel your order once you have made payment. However, we will try our best to help you with your purchase queries when you email them to helpcare@starchie.net
